Haz's BlogMore then just an average WordPress blog!

Just a quick post. Thought I’d promote some free, legal, music… this post is due to the anger I have towards the new laws in the UK whereby an ISP can kick you off the internet if they suspect you of downloading copy-protected materials. I won’t get into the politics of it all, but simply put I’m going to start using sites such as this more and more. Also helps that ubuntu lets you steam their entire catalogue using Rhythmbox .

I won’t get into the full ins and outs of the site, basically put anyone can put their original music on their servers for everyone to download – if people like the music, you can donate to the artist via the website.

Oh another note, I’m a full ubuntu convert (finally !). By full convert, I mean I use ubuntu every day… I only ever boot into windows when I absolutely have to for whatever reason (e.g. college related stuff, or playing games – but I don’t really play windows-based games much these days anymore).

Hey all, thought I’d blog something new on here… been a while… not that anyone really reads it anyways though lol.

Anyways, been working on several things recently. One of them being my portfolio site that I plan to use on this space (since I had this address printed out on 250 business cards ages ago!). Don’t worry, it’ll be a direct switch… so instead of www.hazsoft.co.uk being my blog it’ll be changed to www.hazrpg.co.uk and vise-versa. I intend to have links to show the change on both pages though.

Other projects I’m working on are a little on the hush-hush side for now, but I will tell you this… it’s to do with C++/SDL/OpenGL…
